North Norfolk Cats Lifeline Trust

Welcome to our website - here you can learn about the sanctuary and what we do, see photos and information about the current cats in our care, find out ways YOU can help, fun pages, a members forum and much much more!

We are a small, local charity, based in Beeston Regis, North Norfolk. We take in needy cats of many kinds, and care for them in any way necessary before they can be happily re-homed. We are staffed entirely by volunteers and all donations we recieve are used used to continue to support the cats in our care by paying for vet bills, food and bording.
I started our Trust in 1999 when I moved to our present address, having previously started the North Norfolk branch of the then "Cats Protection Legue", as they were known at the time, more than twenty years ago, when I lived in Sheringham. I mopved to Sheringwood beacuse of local building work which was about to surround my 2.5 acres. (They don't exist any more as they are now streets of houses!). Eventually the Cats Protection and I decided to part company, and I started the "North Norfolk Cats Lifeline Trust", and we have gone on from there.
Sheringwood is perfect for the cattery as mine is the last property and it is a lovely peaceful place, surrounded by woodland. All of our cats are neutered, wormed, de-flead, and inoculated against cat flu & enteritis. Our local vet visits us each week to check on the health and well being of any new arrivals.
We rely solely on the generosity of volunteers, donations & fundraising events to make all of this possible. We hope you will enjoy reading about the work we do.
"We just love our cats!"
